Bingley Harriers try to get involved in every aspect of running and Athletics and welcome all ages and abilities.
If you just want to jog to keep fit, if you want to try your hand at throwing or jumping in track & field athletics, if you want to compete in the higher echelons of the sport – everyone is welcome.
The sessions are led by UK Athletics qualified coaches and generally consist of a warm-up followed by the main session finishing with a cool-down and some stretches.
There are a variety of sessions including endurance training, speed sessions, hill based sessions as well as road running and cross country running.
Bingley Harriers have a thriving junior section offering a wide range of athletic disciplines for boys and girls up to age 18.
The club has great facilities, fantastic coaches (all of whom are CRB checked) and offers training, coaching and competition in :-
Sports Hall (Ages 7-10)
Track and Field (Ages 11+)
